First, I set my preferred store to "Gatineau Le Plateau, QC" on Canadian Tire app. Then, I searched for "outdoor doormat". I clicked the product of interest: "Korhani Studio Indoor/Outdoor Protective Floor Mat with Bonus Accent Mat, Black (#299-3964-8, $19.99)". Canadian Tire app said "97 in-stock", so I rushed to the store. However, the product was nowhere to be seen on "Aisle 35". I ended up purchasing a less desirable product.
When I promptly reported the problem to Canadian Tire, they quickly sent me a gift card.
