With a corded electric lawn mower, I was able to mow lawn only in linear pattern, i.e., going back and forth and changing directions. However, the lawn mower died after about 15 years of service.
I replaced it with a cordless electric lawn mower, which enables me to continuously mow lawn in spiral pattern from the centre of the lawn (around the Ginkgo biloba tree) to the periphery, non-stop.
