To the editor

I have subscribed to the Ottawa Citizen newspaper without any interruption since 1983. Some of my letters to the editor were published over the years. I have lived on both sides of the Ottawa River. Recently, I noticed a change in your op-ed submission policy. Please remove such restrictive wall for Québec residents who contribute to the Ottawa Citizen newspaper. Canada's Capital Region would be appropriate.
