2024-11-01|Ruptured Plastic Bag by Costco Delivery

To whom it may concern

I ordered on-line NuPak Chia Seeds, 4.54 kg on Costco Wholesale website. When the item arrived, I found that the plastic bag had ruptured, and chia seeds were all over inside the cardboard shipping box. I hereby request a refund, please.
