2024-11-06|Walmart's Great Value -> Zero-Value Return
To whom it may concern
After I ordered 30 V8 Vegetable Cocktail on Walmart website, I received e-mail message: "Your Walmart grocery order has been modified."
I followed the hyperlink to Walmart webpage, and clicked button "Modify Order". After delivery, I noticed from the nutrition label that substitution (Great Value)'s quality is not good, i.e., too much sugar, less vitamins, etc. Therefore, I clicked button "Request a refund".
Even though Walmart's response said "Your return is in progress: We've provided instructions for your return in your order details and email", no e-mail message has arrived. Moreover, "Estimated total refund" is $0.00. What's going on??? HELP!!!

I received a telephone call from local store's manager, who explained that he is working on fixing up inconsistency in inventory. He is also escalating on-line order process problem to the higher up. My complaint has resulted in a gift card!
