I received E-mail message with subject "A FREE bite to brighten your day." from McDonald's Canada.

I rushed to the nearest McDonald's restaurant during the validity period, and clicked button "Redeem Now". It led to Section "My Offers", which contained no such option. Restaurant's crew member took control of my iPhone and tried several times, but received the same response as I had done.
- Spend $15 or more pre-tax and get a Large Fries FREE
- Spend $10 or more pre-tax and get a Junior Chicken or McDouble FREE
At the end, the crew member gave me a Junior Chicken, but I was not able to spend $1 for Premium Roast Brewed Coffee (Small). Instead, I had to pay almost $3 for Fries.

On McDonald's app, I had 6 149 points. First, I tapped Hush Brown for 2 000 points. When I tapped Sausage McMuffin (with cheese) for 4 000 points, McDonald's app said that I had already added "this offer" even though I was unable to add Sausage McMuffin (with cheese) for 4 000 points.
