While cycling around Parc Moussette near Hydro-Québec's Poste de Val-Tétreau, I encountered a construction zone.
In order to understand the construction project, I scanned the QR Code. However, the hyperlink led to "Académie HQ SST" for "EMPLOYÉS DE HYDRO-QUÉBEC - FORMATIONS SST" which has nothing to do with the construction itself.
