Every winter, the fence at a local park was broken by wire cutter for access to a golf course. Recently, I noticed that the golf course replaced it with super-heavy-duty steel fence, like those on construction sites. The fence is even welded to the poles. Since then, I have seen no sign of intrusion. Bravo!
