On Canada Post website, I logged into my account and selected Shipping Tool > Snap Ship. There, I clicked button "Create new shipment" and entered address that was provided to me, simply by Copy & Paste. Since the address was in non-Latin characters, the shipping label showed a bunch of "¿¿¿". The envelope was returned to me even though I had affixed properly-printed address. Please make use of UNICODE text encoding standard.
The payment step rejected my credit card, so I selected My Profile > Manage credit cards. "Expiry date [MM/YY]" of the expired credit card automatically showed up in MM/YYYY format, flagged as "Expiry date is invalid". No matter what I entered into the field to correct the expiry date, i.e., "09/08", "09/2028", "09-08", "02-2028", etc., "Expiry date is invalid" never went away. HELP!!!
Thank you very much for your attention.
