| Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We investigated the issue and found a problem with the automatic refill process. We've now fixed it on our side. For now, please manually purchase your next data package. After that, future refills should be processed automatically again as expected. Please let us know once you've topped up, or if you experience any further issues. |

That's great to hear. We can see that you've successfully purchased a new data package and that Auto Refill is enabled. We'll continue monitoring the situation on our side. If you notice any issue with the next refill, please let us know right away and we'll investigate it immediately. |

| Thank you for reaching out.
We'd like to clarify how Auto Refill works. Our eSIM providers assign a fixed 30-day validity period to every data package. Each package is independent, so purchasing a new package cannot extend the validity of a previous one. Once a package reaches the end of its 30-day validity period, any remaining data expires and cannot be carried over to the next package. Auto Refill is designed to purchase a new package only when your current package runs out of data. If your data allowance is exhausted before the 30-day validity period ends, Auto Refill will automatically purchase the next package. However, Auto Refill is not triggered and is automatically turned off when a package simply reaches the end of its 30-day validity period. This behavior is intentional. It helps prevent situations where users are charged for a new package even though they haven't used up all the data on their previous package. You can enable Auto Refill again from the data top-up screen at any time. However, please keep in mind that it will only purchase a new package when the current package's data is depleted. If the 30-day validity period of the current package expires before all the data is used, Auto Refill will not purchase another package automatically, and any unused data from the expired package will be lost. We hope this explains why your package was not renewed automatically. If you have any other questions, we'll be happy to help. |
