I have subscribed to Science X for several years, and I recently became a pi-member of Science X by upgrading to a premium account. However, Email Newsletter suddenly stopped arriving about a week ago! What is going on?
Moreover, Science X website is inaccessible!! HELP!!!

The "Contact Us" webpage of Science X website explains the situation. The culprit turned out to be Google Gmail.

On 2025-08-22, I stopped receiving "Science X Newsletter" on Gmail, from e-mail address <not-for-reply@physorg.com> to my e-mail address <gs.sunatori@gmail.com>. Multiple users are reporting the same problem, so please take a prompt action and put e-mail address <not-for-reply@physorg.com> into Google Gmail's WHITELIST!!!

Thanks to your prompt action regarding the Gmail issue, I have been able to enjoy an ad-free environment on website Phys.org as before.
Website Tech Xplore, however, still flags me as a non-subscriber. When I enter my non-Google Gmail address, I am able to access the article because: "There is already an active subscription associated with this email address." Nevertheless, I would appreciate your looking into such puzzling annoyance.
