In Weather app (iOS)'s Precipitation Totals section, "Precipitation" uses "cm" as its unit, while "Rain" uses "mm" as its unit. Therefore, "Precipitation: 0 cm" could mean as much as "Rain: 4.9 mm" due to rounding.
