One kind of Swedish fika is kaffeost (coffee cheese). With creativity, I poured hot instant coffee onto grated Parmesan cheese instead of cubed cheese. Here is a bowl of resulting mixture in which cheese became flavourless and tasteless rubber! Addition of monosodium glutamate (MSG) did not help much. So, "Never again!" situation...
