2025-12-23|Sunatori's Pre-Eve Koreless Frozen Pizza + Solid Red Wine (Agar-O)
Potential Discovery or Invention
Frozen Pizza is a popular meal on Christmas Eve (December 24) in Norway.
Koreless Frozen Pizza is an iconic food and Solid Red Wine (Agar-O) is an iconic drink on Holiday Pre-Eve (December 23) in Sunatori household.
Instead of 20-22 minutes in a conventional oven, it takes only 10 minutes to cook pizza in a microwave oven with 12-inch Universal Microwave Crisper Pan/Microwave Cookware Crispy Plate Fry Pan.
The core can be cooked and served as Micro-Pizza.
The Koreless Frozen Pizza was conceived in order to accelerate cooking time because the central region stays cooler than the peripheral region. The hole in the middle allows heat to reach the centre of the food more easily. Because heat can circulate through the middle, the food cooks faster.
A hole was made in an empty can (of cookies) made of steel to function as a permanent drilling platform for Koreless Frozen Pizza. An empty cardboard box (of almond beverage) turned out to form a good temporary drilling platform, to be thrown into a recycling bin after use.
The Solid Red Wine (Agar-O)'s ingredients are red wine and agar powder. After mixing the ingredients, the mixture is cooled down in the refrigerator to solidify the liquid.
