My family of 4 has been using Dropbox for more than 15 years, i.e., we started long before Dropbox introduced Family Plan. Is it possible to combine 4 separate accounts into 1 Family Plan (4 * 2 TB = 8 TB)? The objective is to preserve 4 separate accounts (ems, fss, gas, vms) without disruption/interruption (shared folders, copy link, etc.), and to facilitate payment by consolidation.
If Family Plan is not possible, then would it be at least possible for me to pay for 4 accounts (ems, fss, gas, vms) in 1 payment instead of 4 separate payments?
BTW, clicking "Contact support" in Dropbox Help Center results in fatal error message.
As suggested by a post on Dropbox Community, I cleared cache and cookies, but it made no difference. I alos changed User Agent to many different browsers, but no luck, either.
