The pen hangs from a pendant you wear around your neck, and the unusual part is that the pen and pendant contain relatively strong magnets. When attached, the magnets retract the pen tip; when detached, the pen tip drops down instantly and is ready for writing. The silver pendant contains a simple digital clock and is sufficiently polished on the other side to act as a mirror, helpful if you should ever need to focus the sun's rays to burn yourself out of captivity. ...
