I am currently acting as a PEO monitor to help an engineering intern obtain a P.Eng. license. I have encountered your "PPE Guide to Passing: Streamline Your PPE Preparation in Ontario" as a very useful study material.
In section "Top National Employers That Hire Aspiring Engineers", I noticed that so many companies are still offering "maternity leave top-up payments" instead of "parental leave top-up payments".
It reminds me that way back in the early 1990's, I protested the existence of sexist "Engineers Wives Association". To my dismay, they are not only surviving a quarter century later, but also thriving today.
